Try to avoid leaving any food on your plate! If you are at a restaurant order more than one dish and order dishes that are on the menu nothing custom.
A “restaurant” serves meals that are two courses minimum from (12am-2pm, 7:30pm-10pm). If you want to eat one course only go to a brasserie.

The majority of people in France are Catholic.

Ratatouille

Tomatoes, sautéed garlic, onions, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, marjoram, fennel and basil,  thyme, and a mix of other green herbs.

Bouillabaisse

Fish fillet, clams or squid, cloves garlic, tomatoes, fennel seeds and bay leaf.

Cassoulet

A casserole made with pork skin, goose, duck, and white beans.
